I wish I could be funny or witty about the fact that I was woken up by the fire alarm twice last night -- at both 4:30 and 6:45 -- but sadly, I'm finding myself rather lacking in hilarious things to say at the moment.

And part of my mind says, Oh hey, you can just take a nap today, but no, no I can't; by the time I get home, make dinner, and eat, it's time to go to a conversation about abortion and politics in Waltham that I promised

freedomkiss I'd go to, and by the time I'm out of that, it's nighttime. This is why I want school to start again. Well, there's a lot of reasons -- I miss people, I want to be living in my apartment, I'm sick of the 9 to 5 grind -- but the opportunities for naps is way up there on the list.

Sadly, no one would indulge my fantasy of having people pose with the Colonial soldiers and Paul Revere and whatnot, but at least we got Rich and Talia attacking the State House. Mini golfing is fun. Especially if you happen to trounce all your co-players. Hmm? Oh, no, I didn't say anything. Lovely day.
